Just to let you know that the chaise longue and rugs arrived safely today with very courteous and polite delivery guys. They were careful not to bring water into the house as it was pouring with rain outside, which I really appreciated.

We are absolutely delighted with the restoration. It originally belonged to my wife’s grandparents & was handed down to her when they passed away. She always loved it, but unfortunately broke it a few years ago. She tried to glue it back together, but was never happy with it & the vase has spent a long time hidden away in a cupboard. We are amazed at the results of your work. It is wonderful to have it returned to the original condition & back on display where we can enjoy it again.

I just wanted to write to say how delighted my husband and I were with the result of the restoration work which Farcroft recently undertook on behalf of our insurance company. All of our furniture has clearly been looked after and looks incredible. I would particularly like to thank your two members of staff who delivered the furniture back to us – a father and son I believe.
It was an incredibly hot day and they took extreme care with our furniture and to protect the flooring, which had just been replaced. There was no attempt to rush everything back into the house and get away to their next job and they were incredibly patient when it came to hanging three mirrors in our dining room.
So often nowadays, customers are just another name or job to companies and it’s refreshing to see that this isn’t the case with Farcroft.
Once again – the floors are superb – very pleased with everything. – feel very spoilt !! Definitely would commend your workers – very hard working and pleasant to have around. We all enjoyed their friendly attitude – – excellent job all round!
Thanks for the pics. I thought I would let you know that I recently contacted the Antiques Roadshow about the bureau as they were filming a show in Stowe, Buckingham. They were very interested in the bureau and came to collect it so it has been filmed. They were very complimentary about the restoration work, in fact, extremely complimentary as to how well it had been done.
I thought I would you let you know so my thanks to you all for the restoration work. We had originally planned on selling the bureau but, as it is a family piece and does look so good now, we have decided to keep it.

Another happy customer phoned today to tell Farcroft about the ‘truly magnificent experience” he’s received from start to finish. He was very pleased with the furniture restoration and that Cara Ball had provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process.
